Gas-stabilizing modules ensure stable operation of the submersible centrifugal pump when pumping oil with a high gas content.
The company offers the following equipment:
  • Phase converters – ensure stable operation of submersible electric centrifugal pumps under conditions of free gas content in the pumped liquid up to 75%
    Models: 30 MNFB, 1.30 MNFB, 2.30 MNFB, 3.30 MNFB, XV-40, XV-70
  • Gas separation units MNG, MND, MNGD, as well as Rotary, Vortex gas separators – ensure stable operation of the submersible pump at the maximum permissible free gas content at the inlet to the gas separator – 55%
  • Dispersant – the maximum allowable free gas content at the inlet is 55% by volume
  • The gas separator-dispersant is a combination of a gas separator and a dispersant made on a single shaft. The combined use of a gas separator and a dispersant ensures stable operation of the electric centrifugal pump at the maximum permissible free gas content at the inlet – 68% by volume
